How to create a business card with Microsoft Word for amateurs

Use the template available in Microsoft Word

Step 1: Open the Word application and enter the keyword “Business Cards” into the search box.

Step 2: The list of business card templates that Microsoft provides will appear. When selecting a satisfactory business card template, click on it.

Step 4: The new Word window opens with the business card section you choose to appear inside. Now your job is simply to edit the information displayed.

Quickly create a business card template with Microsoft Word

In case if you feel that the business card templates that Microsoft offers don’t satisfy you, you can create a small business card by the following way.

Create a new Word document.

Click the “Insert” tab> Table.

Table menu appears, select the table with the size of 2 horizontal cells and 04 vertical cells (2×4). You can also choose any cell size but 2×4 will usually be more suitable for the page.

The selected panel will appear in Word, now drag the mouse to the corner of the edge and right-click the newly displayed cross-shaped icon, select Table Properties.

The setting window of the Table Properties option appears, select Center in the Alignment section for the business cards to be at the center on the page.

Continue to switch to the Row tab, check the “Specify height” option and set the information as shown. This will be the parameter of the height of the row.

Click on the Column tab and set as image to customize the height.
